Yes, we accept payment by credit and debit card, BACS and good old cash!

A 20% deposit secures that time slot specifically for you and your dog; we will try our best to rearrange an appointment for a different day, but any outright cancellation without a rebook will lose the deposit paid.

If you have found fleas on your dog, please refrain from making an appointment until your dog has been treated + 5 days. We recommend veterinary strength flea treatment over shop bought and Advocate is very trustworthy. We cater for dogs of all skin types and have a range of skin care shampoos which will best match your dogs needs.

At this current time we do not groom cats. Sorry for any inconvenience.

How long it takes depends on the treatment. The calendar will block out the allotted time slot, but we always work at your dogs pace. We will call you when your dog is ready for collection.

We only accept more than one dog at a time if they are currently housed together. We would never accept two dogs at the same time that were not already living together.

We DO NOT and WOULD NOT use a cage dryer. Our care standards and our ethics put the dog first.
